CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier, meaning it does not support mold growth and it seals out dirt, critters, and moisture. The WaterGuard is installed in the permeter if the basement floor and collects the water that seeps through and guides it to the sump pump, so it can be pumped out of the home.
