After the completion of this project, she also wanted to waterproof the space. She worked with system design specialist, Pete L. to see what was the best solution for her home. Foreman, Kevin J., installed the CleanSpace and now Kelli can reassure that her basement is waterproofed!

This homeowner wanted to use her basement as extra living space, but she noticed that before she could finish the basement, she needed to fix the failing walls. Team Woods arrived at her Saint Charles, Missouri home to investigate the troubled walls. Geo-Lock wall anchors were installed to bring back the stability to the wall by preventing the walls from moving and shifting. 

Homeowners in Fenton, MO had water leaking into their crawl space and water vapor coming through the ground and walls.  Our team at Woods Basement Systems installed CleanSpace.  CleanSpace provides a vapor barrier for the walls and floor around the crawl space to drain wall leaks and stop the water vapor from permeating the walls.  The barrier also adds a clean and bright atmosphere to the crawl space.  After the installation, the homeowners were ecstatic to have a dry crawl space for years to come!
