CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it does not support mold growth. It is used to collect water that seeps through the basement walls. WaterGuard is installed below the CleanSpace in the perimeter of the basement floor. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump so it can be fully removed from the home.
