This Lebanon, IL homeowner was looking to seal out leaks from their crawlspace. System Design Specialist John S. from Woods Basement Systems recommended CleanSpace wall barriers to accomplish the task.
Foreman Jose L. and his team installed CleanSpace, an inorganic vapor barrier that prevents destructive moisture and microbial growth from getting into basements and crawlspaces. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace is sealed and dry thanks to CleanSpace.
Jason of Lebanon, Illinois wanted to have preventative work done to his crawl space. After discussing options with system design specialist, John S., Jason and John decided to install a new CleanSpace encapsulation system. Here is a before and after of the installation of CleanSpace in Jason's crawl space.
Thankfully, now Jason and his family will have a safe and healthy crawl space!
Lebanon, Illinois homeowner Lucia had both a crawl space and a garage that were wetter than she wanted. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist John developed a plan to get everything dry for her.
Foreman Greg and his crew installed the the CleanSpace with Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, and SmartSump in the crawl space featured here.
The Drainage Matting is under the CleanSpace. It gives the water vapor that seeps in a surface to collect on and direct to the SmartSump. The CleanSpace keeps all the water vapor out of the crawl space environment while providing a brighter, cleaner surface.
The SmartSump will make sure any water collected gets removed from the space and away from the home.
Lucia can now use her crawl space for storage and not be afraid when she needs to go into the space.
A crawlspace liner was failing in Lebanon, IL, letting moisture and debris in. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will isolate the crawlspace from the ground. It also controls water, humidity, outside air infiltration, and heat loss. The white finish will brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside. This crawlspace will now remain dry and clean for years to come!
