The CleanSpace encapsulation system, pictured above, is a durable liner that covers the floors and the walls of the crawl space. It can also be wrapped around any piers in the crawl space. The CleanSpace system acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that occur behind it.

Support beams in a crawlspace were failing in Catron, MO, as they were rotting and shifting. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. These steel support systems can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in the crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers.
