Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump is guaranteed to keep your home dry with its three-in-one system that includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is made of inorganic materials, so it is not susceptible to mold growth. It is used to collect water that can drain through basement walls. Then the water goes to the WaterGuard which is a perimeter drainage system located below the CleanSpace. It will take the collected water and guide it to the sump pump to be fully removed from the home.

Moisture was seeping up through the dirt floor of a crawlspace in Ballwin, MO, creating a damp environment. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. The CleanSpace wall system, pictured above, is a durable plastic liner that is attached to the walls of the basement. It acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that may occur behind it. 

Sandy W. no longer has to worry about water entering her home after rain storms. She now has a dry and waterproof basement.
