Millie of Alton, Illinois had an uneven garage floor, a sunken in driveway, and moving sidewalk, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Bill F. recommended installing Polylevel for the job.
Foreman, Matthew R. installed the product. PolyLevel is a polyurethane formula, or foam that permantly lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete. How it works, is first small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete. Then the polymer is injected into the void and cement covers the holes. Within 15 minutes of installation, the concrete can be used again.
Now Millie has a safe walkway.
Some concrete steps were sinking in Alton, IL, causing gaps to form between them. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. This is a unique approach to repairing sinking concrete. After drilling small holes into the concrete, a polymer foam is injected into the concrete slab to stabilize the surface. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up. This will improve the safety of the steps and restore peace of mind for years to come!
A concrete slab behind this home in Alton, Illinois, needed some leveling due to moving ground soils. To fix this issue, Woods installed the PolyLevel System. This system consists of a durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it cures, the PolyLevel Injection raises the concrete back up to its original position. Thanks to this install, this concrete will remain level for many years to come.
A porch in Alton, IL, was sinking, causing large gaps to form in between the concrete slabs. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam expands and lifts the concrete slabs up to level them out. This foam hardens to become rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete. This flexible sealant will withstand against any harsh weather the homeowner may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!
Mitchell and Mark E., homeowners in Granite City, IL, had a large section of their garage floor that was settling unevenly along with a portion of the home. They contacted Woods Basement Systems for an estimate.
Design specialist Mike T. evaluated the home and determined that the foundation was settling unevenly and needed foundation piering for stabilization. He also suggested PolyLevel injection foam to level the concrete floor of the garage.
Foreman Jose L. and his crew installed the foundation piers to stabilize the foundation and then leveled the section of the garage floor with PolyLevel as depicted in the pictures above.
Now Mitchell and Mark can enjoy an even garage floor and feel secure in the foundation of their home.
