Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

This homeowner noticed uneven slabs in his concrete entryway. System Design Specialist Pete N. worked with him to assess the situation and came up with a reliable, long-lasting solution.

This Belleville, Illinois home's front walkway had become uneven and cracked over the years, and the homeowner was eager to have the problem taken care of. In order to fix the walkway, a Woods Basement Systems team injected Polylevel, an expanding composite foam, through small holes in the surface of the sunken slabs. After just 30 minutes, the walkway was level and safe to walk on!

This Belleville, IL homeowner was concerned about the uneven sidewalk by his garage. System Design Specialist Nate C. was able to help and recommended the PolyLevel System. This is a minimally invasive system that lifts the slabs up directly from underneath it. A sidewalk surrounding a pool in Belleville, IL was sinking, causing the slabs to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. This is a unique approach to repairing sinking concrete.  After drilling small holes into the concrete, a polymer foam is injected into the concrete slab to stabilize the surface. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up. This will improve the safety of the concrete and restore peace of mind for years to come!
