Judith Ann D was concerned about the cracking concrete in front of her home. So, she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Nolan M was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman William T used PolyLevel to even out the concrete. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete and will raise the level that is sinking, and fill in the cracks. The injection leaves behind a dime sized hole that will be filled in with concrete.
A member of Esic Baptist Church in Edwardsville, Illinois contacted Woods Basement Systems due to the sidewalk at the church cracking and sinking. Specialist Dave T. evaluated the sidewalk and determined that PolyLevel and NexusPro would be the best solution.
Foreman Juan and his crew leveled the concrete of the sidewalk and filled the cracks with NexusPro. PolyLevel is lightweight and durable and sets in 15 seconds, so the sidewalk can be used within 15 minutes. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks and resists UV rays, so it won't crack and bubble, unlike other crack sealants.
The members of the church can now enjoy a safe sidewalk with no trip hazards.
Edwardsville, Illinois homeowners Jeff and Nathalie needed their front walkway leveled. They gave Woods Basement Systems a call and Team Woods developed the perfect plan for them.
Foreman Matt and his crew injected the PolyLevel under several areas of their walkway to bring it back to its original position. PolyLevel is an excellent choice for settling concrete because it is light-weight and will not wash out overtime. It also sets in just a few hours.
This will leave the walkway draining properly, looking better, and increasing the safety of the area.
Jeff and Nathalie can now rest easy that their investment is safe and level.
Over the years, this Edwardsville, Illinois driveway had become badly cracked and sunken in several places. This was due to rain washing away much of the soil underneath the slabs, causing them to settle and crack under their own weight. In order to repair this damage, a Woods Basement Systems team injected PolyLevel, an expanding composite foam, underneath the sunken slabs. Because of the quick-drying properties of PolyLevel, the driveway was read to be driven on in just 30 minutes!
A concrete sidewalk leading up to a home in Edwardsville, IL was settling, causing the slabs to sink into the ground. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. This will restore peace of mind for years to come!
