A driveway was settling in Shipman, IL, causing large cracks to form. To fix this, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the concrete and restore peace of mind for years to come!
Trevor of Troy, Illinois had sinking concrete in his sidewalk that leads up to his front door, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Barry C. recommended installing PolyLevel.
Foreman, Matthew R. installed the product. PolyLevel is a polyurethane formula, or foam-like substance used to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. Small holes are drilled and then the polymer is injected into the void. Lastly, the holes are covered with cement.
Now Trevor G. has a safe walkway.
A porch in Troy, IL, was sinking and hard large cracks running through it. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam is able to expand to lift the concrete slabs up and level them out. This foam also hardens to become rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps and cracks on the porch. This flexible sealant will withstand the test of time and against any harsh weather, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!
Connie S. of Dorsey, Illinois was concerned about her cracking and uneven concrete. The cracking walkway was a safety concern for her visitors.
Foreman Andrew T. installed PolyLEVEL injections to restore her walkway. PolyLEVEL is a long-lasting, noninvasive solution. Now, her concrete is even, safe to use and beautiful.
Donald and Maragret were worried about their porches slanting and pulling away from their home. They gave Woods Basement Systems a call and Team Woods developed the perfect plan for them.
Foreman Andrew and his crew injected the PolyLevel below the concrete in order to raise the porches. PolyLevel is light weight so it will not add more weight to the soil and sets in just a couple hours.
Doanld and Maragret can now enjoy their porches with peice of mind.
