Our design specialist determined that the PolyLevel concrete leveling system coupled with an extension on the downspout was the best solution. The downspout extension would direct water from the gutters farther away from the foundation wall and driveway to help prevent soil-washout.

In the before picture, you can see how close the end of the downspout was to the wall and driveway. The after pictures shows how far out the extension was installed as well as the buried lawnscape.

A sidewalk was sinking in Bourbon, MO, causing the slabs to become uneven and crack. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath.
