Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Painting or coating an interior block foundation will only slow water from getting in to a basement.  Over time, the seepage gets in between the wall and the coating and eventually leaks in to the basement.  Our BrightWall® wall covering is a great solution for block foundation walls.  In this Charleston, Illinois home, we used installed this product in combination with our WaterGuard® basement waterproofing system for a customized, effective solution.  It also gives the basement a clean, finished appearance.

Before this basement had no means of protection against water leaks. Thanks to Woods Basement Systems' head foreman, Brett J., a WaterGuard drainage system was installed into the flooring. WaterGuard is used to stop water leaks where they leak in and direct them towards the home's sump pump.

With no means of protection against water leaks in this basement, Team Woods sent head foreman, Brett J., to the house to install a TripleSafe sump pump. With the help of a TripleSafe sump pump, this pump will get rid of all pesky leaks that find their way inside. 

Elise from Charleston, Illinois needed a quick, permanent solution to keep water out of her crawl space. Upon inspection, Nolan, a system design specialist, recommended installing a new discharge system with an IceGuard attachment. 

With a new discharge line, the crawl space sump pump will be able to pump out all pesky water leaks that may seep inside. A discharge line is a pipeline that carries water leaks outside. Attached to the discharge line will be an IceGuard attachment that will prevent the line from clogging and freezing year-round! 

Water was leaking in a basement in Charleston, IL, causing some damage. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard system was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. A SaniDry Sedona was also installed. This high-capacity, high-efficiency dehumidification system also includes an air filtration system, all in a single unit. This system wrings the air dry, and its powerful blower moves the dry air in and around the basement. It also automatically drains the water it catches into the sump system, so there is no need to empty any bucket with this system. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come thanks to these systems!
