A foundation was failing in Charleston, IL, as the current wall support wasn't working. The wall was continuing to crack and leaking water as well. To solve this issue, Specialized GeoLock Wall Anchors were first installed. These longer wall anchors are a customized solution for extreme foundation failure, as they will permanently stabilize the wall, straightening it to its original position and keeping it in place. The cracks will also be closed so that no water can leak through. Additionally, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the perimeter drainage system. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain stable and dry for years to come!

A corner of a basement in Savoy, IL was leaking water, so WaterGuard was installed. This perimeter drainage system will intercept water and drain it towards the sump system to be pumped out. A basement in Sainte Marie, Illinois was not staying dry due to a faulty sump pump. Woods came and replaced the sump pump, installing the TripleSafe Sump Pump with an UltraSump Battery. The TripleSafe Sump Pump will never run the risk of having too much water to pump out with its multiple pump system. In the case of a power outage, water will still get removed with the backup pump, the UtlraSump Battery. Thanks to this new system, this basement will stay dry for years to come.
