The WaterGuard drainage system, pictured above, was installed above the footing of the basement. After its installation, the system is covered with concrete. It collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. The WaterGuard then drains the water to the sump pump.

The Twin Pack sump pump, pictured above, is equipped with a primary and secondary pump. If the primary pump goes out for whatever reason, the secondary pump kicks in and get the job done. The sump pump removes water from the basement through a discharge line.

To solve this issue, a CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to block out the water leaks. A WaterGuard drainage system was installed in the footing of the basement to collect the water leaks from the CleanSpace system. Then the water is directed to the TripleSafe sump pump that would discard of the water.
