Final results were good, following some corrective measures, but now some vent covers are bowing out and seal is lost.
Very good. Salesperson got back to me in a reasonably short time.
Seemed highly knowledgable and advised and recommended rather than pressured.
Initial installation crew did an unsatisfactory job, and follow-up work and corrections were required, bringing the rating down. Final crew did level 5 work.
