Both sellers and installers were friendly and professional. Due to a jackhammer mishap you came back and repaired the problem with no hassle. We have had some rains since the install of our basement system that for sure would have left us with major water problems but the system installed by Woods has worked flawlessly!!! Best investment we have made to our basement as it serves as our family room.
