I was extremely pleased with the service and product I received. I was aware of the reputation of the company before I had the work done. Everything positive I heard was true. One of the owners of the company personally investigate my basement situation and was very considerate of the fact that this was a major financial investment (for me). I was sold only what I needed. I truly believe this is one of the most honest companies I have evr dealt with. TLA

The cleanup process was great. I was made aware at the end that I would need an electrician to improve my electrical system to support the pump. I did not know this in advance. Howwver, maybe this was an unknown. I was not planning on needing to hire an electrician but I am glad that I was made aware.
So far everything looks good!
