The major flaw of concrete is that the ground that it was poured on top of will inevitably shift and sink over time. In the states of Illinois and Missouri sinking concrete is all too common which is why our company has gone to great lengths to develop fast and effective concrete lifting and leveling solutions. PolyLevel® is a revolutionary product that is minimally invasive and not only lifts and levels concrete but also stabilizes it. The concrete lifting and leveling process begins with a few small holes drilled in the slab, then the PolyLevel® polymer is poured into the holes. After only about 15 minutes the polymer is dry and the concrete is ready to be walked and even driven on. This concrete lifting and leveling technique is faster, less disruptive and arguably more effective than mud jacking which is the procedure PolyLevel® replaces. To removed tripping hazards, stabilize concrete, and lift it back to a level height nothing is faster or more effective than PolyLevel®. This basement in Edwardsville, IL. was unprotected from leaks that occur where the wall meets the floor. Leaks often occur there as water builds up beneath the floor. The water level rises until it can leak into the basement through the tiny gap between the wall and the floor.
The best way to prevent these leaks is to redirect that water before it can rise into the basement. To do this, foreman Dave H. installed WaterGuard™ just below the floor along the wall. WaterGuard™ is a perimeter drainage system that sits on top of the footing, beneath the floor, and drains water from below the house into the sump pump system before it can rise into the basement. Because WaterGuard™ sits on top of the footing it won't get clogged by the mud and won't require filter fabrics that will eventually need replacing.
As a final waterproofing measure, the discharge line and downspouts from the gutters are extended so that they pour water away from the home. This will help keep water from building up around the foundation of the home which will help prevent leaks. Now this home in Ballwin, Missouri. is protected from leaking basements thanks to the WaterGuard™ and TripleSafe™ systems inside and the IceGuard™ and extended downspouts outside.

Steve gave the recommendation of installing WaterGuard drains into the footing of the basement walls to collect water leaks and a TripleSafe sump pump to discard of the collected water. Along the walls, a CleanSpace encapsulation system would be installed to create a vapor barrier to prevent water from damaging the walls. To regain the structure of the walls, Steve recommended installing Geo-Lock wall anchors to slowly pull the wall back into its original, stable position. With the help of head foreman, Juan H., these products were installed quickly and efficiently. This waterproofing and foundation repairing job ended in a job well done!

Dave recommended installing PowerBrace beams onto the water damaged basement walls. These walls had weakened over time due to water leaks. PowerBrace beams are heavy-duty steel beams that are installed into the wall to regain support and stability. PowerBrace beams are a permanent solution to strengthening and straightening a wall back to its original position. Head foreman, Greg H., installed the new beams onto the Edwardsville, Illinois basement walls. Now with the help of PowerBrace beams, Allen can utilize his home as extra storage space!

Brent recommended installing several new waterproofing products, these products were: TripleSafe, WaterGuard, and IceGuard. The new TripleSafe sump pump will discharge of any water that enters into the basement. The WaterGuard works hand and hand with this sump pump by collecting any water that enters and directing the water to the sump pump. The IceGuard will ensure all water taken out of the home by the sump pump will filter out. An IceGuard is an extension of the discharge line that makes sure the line is never clogged due to freezing.
Foreman, Juan H. and his crew installed the new waterproofing products. Thanks to the team effort by Team Woods, now Lindsay can have peace of mind knowing her basement will be waterproofed for many more years to come!

He then met with system design specialist, Jeremy R., who recommended installing CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and a TwinPack. These products would seal the perimeter of the basement, where the water leaks in.
Before the installation of waterproofing products, Joe set-up an appointment to fix the bowing wall with a wall anchor. This was important to do first because the water leaking was the result of the house settlement.

WaterGuard is a French drain system installed beneath the floor slab for clog-free drainage with a minimal appearance, and it works well with the TrenchDrain perimeter drain system. WaterGuard and TrenchDrain send water to TripleSafe, which removes it from the home using three Zoeller pumps.
Richard now has the peace of mind he needs to enjoy the clean, dry basement he deserves thanks to WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, and TripleSafe!

The Geo-Lock Wall Anchors will close any gaps and cracks in the wall so water can not get in there. The WaterGuard will collect any remaining water that gets in and direct it to the TwinPack. The TwinPack will lead everything out of the home. The IceGuard gives an extra escape for anytime the line becomes clogged or frozen. The Bubble Pot is stylish, safe end to the discharge line.
Dustee know has the dry, stable basement he needed.

They are also made for easy cleaning, being able to be easily pulled out and put back in. Made with vinyl instead of wood or metal, they will not rot or rust in the years to come.
Kaye can now enjoy her basement with more light and less worry.
William and Angela M. had a leak in their basement, so they called Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, John S. found a solution and recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump, a CleanSpace encapsulation system, and WaterGuard.

Then, Foreman Greg H. and crew installed the waterproofing system consisting of the TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard, and IceGuard. These products all work together to ensure any leaking water is directed to the WaterGuard, to the sump pump, and out of the home; and the IceGuard protects the home from back-up due to frozen or clogged discharge lines.
Now Rick can rest assured his basement walls are stable and his home is protected from future water leaks.

WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, collects and guides water to the TwinPack sump pump system and away from the basement. IceGuard was installed to provide an exit for water in the event that the discharge lines would become frozen during the cold Winter.
Sydney is thrilled to know her valuables are safe. Her basement will stay dry and free of that musty smell.
Albert B. in Edwardsville, IL was having climate control issues in his crawlspace. Albert wanted to reduce his energy bills by sealing off his crawlspace. Woods Basement Systems was able to provide products the help Albert with his problem.
Woods installed CleanSpace to seal off the crawlspace from outside moisture. This would reduce the risk of mold and rotting wood by eliminating the amount of moisture in the crawlspace. SilverGlo Insulated Panels were installed to provide additional insulation for the space. These panels help control the environment of the space and helped lower Albert's energy bills.

Robert of Edwardsville, IL grew concerned when he found out he had high levels of Radon seeping into his home from his basement. Wanting something to be done, he contacted Woods Basement Systems, Inc., and the company sent their System Design Specialist, David, to Robert's home to figure out what needed to be done.
David believed Robert needed not only a new sump cover but also a radon mitigation system to help eliminate the high levels of radon in his basement. Robert agreed with David's diagnosis and scheduled an appointment for Woods Basement Systems, Inc. to send someone to install everything.
Within two weeks, Woods Basement Systems, Inc. sent their Dr. Energy Saver foreman, Mike, to Robert's house in Edwardsville, and he and his crew replaced the sump cover as well as installed PVC piping along the basement wall of Robert's utility closet. The piping led from the basement to the garage, and it followed up to the attic where Mike placed a radon mitigation fan to release the radon into the atmosphere through the exhaust he installed on the roof. Once everything was completed, Mike suggested to Robert to contact the company for someone to stop by within the next thirty days to perform a retest in order to make sure the mitigation system was working properly.
After Mike and his crew left, Robert was satisfied with the work that was performed and felt at ease now that he didn't have to worry about the radon within his home anymore.
