Between Heidi, Kevin, and Ryan's crew I am 110% satisfied with our experience with Woods
I appreciate the call before the work and also after for the follow-up> Heidi was very courteous and was available when I called back.
Kevin did excellent at presenting the job to be done and was very helpful between the consultation and the actual job. I enjoyed talking to Kevin and working with him through the process.
Ryan's crew was fantastic. I didn't get the other 2 workers names but they all 3 did an excellent job. I felt they went above and beyond to get the job done in a way that satisfied what we wanted. They could have taken the easy way out and did a mediocre job but instead they found a way to get our trench in the requested area even though it made for a longer day for them. They were very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I feel lucky to have the 3 at our house on the job. They definitely deserve the recognition for their efforts and time.
The crew did a nice job of cleaning up what was a rather large mess.

Woods was one of the few businesses that had a solution for our problem. Other places had no answer for us, referred us to someone else, or simply did not get back to us.
