Garth came out today to check a leak. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. He explained causes and solutions thoroughly and was extremely pleasant to work with. I can't enough about Garth's customer service skills.

The Cleanup Process
This was a service call for a leak. Garth checked the leak, the drainage system and even cleaned up the dirt and debris left behind by the leak. He caulked the around the drainage system to ensure water would properly flow to the drainage system and hopefully solved the problem.
