very pleasant and helpful each time I called and responded in a timely manner....this was the first person I spoke with and her warm personality and courteous manner made me want to make an appt right away.
Austin Givens presented your company in a courteous, professional and knowledgeable manner. He provided me some background information regarding why I was having the problem in the first place and then provided several options. I never felt high pressure but the way he presented himself and the company made me want to choose you as the company for my basement. He went above and beyond what I would have expected from a salesperson!
