What made you choose our company:

Good reputation. But I did have one issue. While the crew was scheduled for placing piers, I also asked about getting a battery backup system installed for my sump pump. Jose recommended that i replace the pump, which was fine. But he was ready to install the pump and did not yet have pricing available. I saw the price after he installed it and it was significantly higher than I was expecting. I don't think he should have installed the pump until I we had an agreed-upon price.
