Ben Scobbie was great. This system was previously installed in a home I bought and the sellers said they knew nothing about it. Ben took the time to explain the system to me, as well as other products/services available through Woods that may benefit me in the future. He was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone for their basement needs!
