Woods installed a new CleanSpace vapor barrier system into the musty crawl space. After years of water and critters entering through the floor of the crawl space, this area is now clean and protected from harm. Encapsulation systems help block any substance or critter from entering by sealing the entire room.

This basement in Urbana, Illinois needed protecting from water leaks. After heavy rains water would leak into this home creating water stains on the floor. Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard french drains into the footing of the basement to collect the water leaks before they could create harm. WaterGuard drains are a permanent solution to protect and waterproof a leaky basement. 

In Urbana, Illinois homeowner Kurt B. wanted to waterproof his basement. He called Woods Basement Systems to see if they could install a system to keep his basement dry. Our foreman Steven Penland and his team installed WaterGuard and TripleSafe in the space. These products will collect and send the water out of the basement, away from the foundation.

Dennis D. was concerned about water standing in the floor and wall joint in his basement. Mold was beginning to grow, creating a smell in the basement. To solve this issue, Woods installed The WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch water leaking from the walls and lead it towards the sump system to be pumped out. Dennis can now rest easy now that the basement is clean and dry!

Kelly E was concerned about her crawlspace. Due to it being exposed to the outside air, it became humid and allowed water to enter, causing mold to grow. To solve these issues, Woods installed the CleanSpace Liner to encapsulate the crawlspace. This will isolate it from the dirt, and keep it free of insects, water, and mold. Next, a SmartSump was installed to pump out any water that gets in. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was added to keep the air dry and purified. Kelly can now relax knowing her crawlspace is now clean and dry!
