Foreman Kevin and his crew installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The Geo-Lock Wall Anchors are steel rods that are drilled through the foundation wall and past the active soil line. They use the earth in order to provide the resistance the walls need to keep the dirt and water out. 

Tom can now enjoy his basement and trust it is going to remain stable and dry. 

This leaky basement wasn't able to protect itself from heavy rainstorms. Also, the snow during the winter had melted, which resulted in water leaking into the basement. To solve this, Team Woods installed a WaterGuard drainage system around the basement and updated the home's sump pump system to a TripleSafe pump. 

The crawlspace was not insulated properly in Urbana, IL, so SilverGlo Insulation was installed. This features a radiant barrier that is infused with graphite, so heat will be reflected into the crawlspace. This will save energy and restore peace of mind for years to come!

A homeowner in Urbana, IL wanted to have the basement finished, so the EverLast Finished Wall Restoration System was installed to fully restore the basement walls. The trim of this system is all plastic and installed over metal studs, so no paint is ever needed. It also can’t be ruined by a plumbing leak, high humidity, or mold growth.
