Foreman Malik and his crew installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors for Stuart. The Geo-Lock Wall Anchors are steel rods that are drilled through the wall and 12 feet into the soil. They are then anchored on both ends, giving the wall the resistance it needs to pull the wall back to its original position. 

Stuart and his family can now enjoy their basement without any worries. 

As homes age, it is not uncommon for front porches to begin sinking and sloping. This not only creates issues with the structure of the home itself, but safety issues as well. In addition to the new pump, John added a Sedona dehumidifier. The Sedona will pull out up to 100 pints of water from the air a day and dump it into the sump pump so it can be removed from the home. The Sedona can also filter the air, removing things like mold spores that can cause smells and inflame alergies.
