A foundation wall was cracking in Decatur, IL, and starting to leak water. To solve this issue, GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. Walls were cracked and bowing outside a home in Decatur, IL. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, Geolock™ was used. These wall anchors pull the wall back into place through rods attached to the steel wall plates. Now, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their walls are stabilized for years to come! 

Water was entering a basement in Normal, IL, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was first installed. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Next, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. This system assures protection from everyday problems with an ordinary pump. The TripleSafe can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid that reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. These systems will keep this basement dry all the time!

Our team installed WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard collects and guides water to the newly installed TwinPack sump pump system. With these systems, Tami and Brandon's basement is dry and will stay dry.

This home in Shawneetown, Illinois was dealing with some serious foundation problems. The homeowner, Mike, was worried about the unstable support system holding up the basement walls. PushPiers were installed from the interior and exterior of the home, next to the footing to lift and support the foundation. The installation of PushPiers provided a permanent solution for Mike’s home.
