So to clear up my thoughts, I called your company and asked to talk to a representative. I had the pleasure of talking with Randy Pantano, who answered my questions, AND, said he would like to see my problem within the next few days... ...The rest is history. Randy was more thorough, more professional, and explained your methods more clearly than the others, even to an engineer, me.
