Foreman Jeremy R installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Donald’s basement. The Wall Anchor has two ends, one will be anchored to a level of stable soil away from the house, while the other is attached to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and over time will straighten the walls.

The SmartJack is made of steel components and comes in a variety of sizes to best fit the area they are needed. SmartJacks can hold up to 60,000 pounds. Once all SmartJacks are in place, they are adjusted to raise the floor back to its original position.
