This homeowner was alarmed to see his baement walls bending inwards into his home. Design Specialist Greg B. from Woods Basement Systems inspected the damaged wall and recommended the ideal solution for the issue at hand.

Foreman Jeremy R. and his team installed Geo-Lock wall anchors to brace the compromised wall. Geo-Lock uses a galvanized steel rod and heavy-duty steel plate to reinforce and potentially straighten foundation walls under strain.

The other will attach to the basement walls, shown above. The device can be tightened and over time will straighten out the walls.

Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced.
