A foundation was failing in Wright City, MO, causing a large crack to appear on the basement floor. To solve this issue, the Push Pier System was installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation, and in many cases, lift it back toward its original position. These can also close cracks and improve the operation of windows and doors. This is the least risky solution when the soil conditions are unknown. There is minimal disturbance from installation; installing them is a quick process and will solve the problem once and for all!

Tyler R was concerned about the bowing walls and sinking floors in his basement. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Kevin E was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman Jose L installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Tyler’s Basement. The Wall Anchor has one end that attaches to a stable portion of soil away from the house, and the other end will attach to the basement walls and straighten them over time.
Douglas from Washington, Missouri was concerned about his home's foundation settling along with his sidewalk and porch revealing settlement. He wanted to take action, so reached out to Woods Basement Systems for professional assistance.
Here you can see how much the front porch settled, and the after is the installation process of the push piers. These push piers are installed in the footing of the home in order to lift the house back into its original position.
Before, this home held many cracks that had developed due to the home's settlement. For a permanent, long-lasting solution foreman, Jose L. installed several push piers into the footing of the home to regain the stability and safety of the house.
