Sylvia and Terry S. had floors that were sagging above their basement. There were also large cracks forming between their walls and ceilings in the rooms above the basements. The had a metal post connected to their beam but it was not doing much to stabilize their floors so they called Woods Basement Systems.  Woods recommended installing post piers.

Post piers were installed to lift and stabilize the floors above the basement and close up the cracks between the walls and ceiling. Post Piers are steel columns that provide addition support to the floor beam above. They are adjustable so they can continue to keep the load bearing floor beam secure.

A foundation was shifting in a Ballwin, MO basement, causing a large vertical crack to form. To solve this issue, the PowerBrace System was installed. This will permanently stabilize the foundation and eliminate any further inward movement.
