The CleanSpace encapsulation system, pictured above, is a durable liner that is placed on the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It acts as a vapor barrier and completely seals the crawl space from the ground below.

The Waterguard is installed around the perimeter if the basement floor below CleanSpace. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
