A crawl space in Jackson, MO was humid due to moisture getting in from the outside. To solve this issue, a CleanSpace™ liner was used. This highly durable liner not only looks nicer, it also protects the crawl space from outside elements such as dirt and insects. Most importantly, it keeps the humidity out. Much to the homeowner's relief, this crawl space will remain clean and dry for years to come!
Shelly R wanted to encapsulate her crawlspace, so Woods installed the CleanSpace Liner. This will separate the crawlspace from the earth, as well as keep critters, water, and debris out. It also freshens it up, making it look clean, bright, and fresh. Thanks to CleanSpace, this crawlspace will stay like this for years to come!
A crawlspace door was not sealing the crawlspace well enough in Gape Girardeau, MO, allowing outside moisture and debris in. To solve this issue, the EverLast Crawlspace Door was installed. This is made completely of inorganic material that is waterproof and resistant to mold growth. It looks much better than deteriorating wood doors, and it will never rot, rust, or need paint. Made of a half-inch-thick solid plastic with a special airtight foam seal, it's designed to seal off the crawlspace from the outside elements to protect your area from outside humidity and cold. This is a step closer to having a clean, dry crawlspace!
Basement are places where high humidity may collect and then condensation issues may arise. Water vapor condenses on duct work when the AC is running and/or cold water pipes. In this case it was the water softener, full of cool water, causing condensation on the outside of the tank. So much water vapor reverted back to water, running down the tank, and making the basement floor so wet the homeowner thought they had a seepage problem. But it had not rained for a couple of weeks...?
SaniDry® took care of the problem. Our dehumidifier runs off of the same 6.8 AMPs as a 40 pint dehumidifier but ours is rated at 100 pints. It's LARGE blower can move the air better too but it is not noisy. We have a SaniDry® that is a low profile model for crawl spaces too.
A crawlspace door was not sealed properly in Florissant, MO, letting the outside air and moisture into the crawlspace. To solve this issue, the EverLast Crawlspace Door was installed. This will seal off the entrance to the crawlspace, preventing outside air from entering the crawlspace. It will never rust rot, corrode, or need paint, so it will do its part in keeping the crawlspace dry for years to come!
