Greenup, Illinois resident Robert B. was troubled by his moldy crawl space. Water seepage in the crawl space caused mold, an allergen to many. To restore the crawl space, System Design Specialist Greg B. designed a solution.
Michael P., foreman, installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier. It prevents water from entering the basement, and because it is inorganic, it does not support mold growth. Robert is pleased to know his crawl space is dry and mold-free.
In Savoy, Illinois homeowner William J. was worried about his wet, damp crawl space. He had noticed in recent months that it was sending unwanted smells into his home above, causing him to finally call around for some estimates. He decided to have Woods Basement Systems seal and waterproof his crawl space after a pleasant interaction with our System Design Specialist. Our foreman Michael Rebenstorff and his team waterproofed the space by installing our SmartSump Sump Pump System. Next, they sealed the space by lining the floors and walls with our CleanSpace liner. Finally, they installed covers over the vents from the outside, keeping the space completely sealed from the earth. Now, William has an extra space in his home for storage, and no longer has to worry about smells in his home.
This crawlspace in Savoy, IL was dirty, damp, and the support beams were failing. To solve this, the CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed, which locks the crawlspace in airtight from any dirt, moisture, or outside air. To help the existing support beams, the SmartJack system was added to support and stabilize the crawlspace. Now the crawlspace will be dry, clean, and no longer failing.
This dirty crawl space was full of mold, dust, and who knows what else! By installing CleanSpace, the crawl space became a neat and clean area perfect for storage. CleanSpace can turn a worthless nasty area into a tidy useful space.
Champaign, Illinois resident Susan E. was troubled by water leaking into her basement causing mold and odors. System design specialist Kevin E. designed a solution to keep the basement dry and free of mold.
As part of the waterproofing solution, foreman Bradly P. installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier, so it does not support mold growth. It has brightened her basement while keeping it dry.
