A crawlspace was becoming unstable in O'Fallon, IL, and moisture was seeping into it. To solve these issues, the SmartJack System was first installed. Next, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will isolate the crawlspace from the ground. It also controls water, humidity, outside air infiltration, and heat loss. The collected water then goes to the WaterGuard which is a perimeter drainage system located below the CleanSpace. It will take the water and guide it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
