Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

The stairs leading up to a home in Ballwin, MO, were unleveled and needed to be addressed. This was causing safety concerns for the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call to address these issues. To solve this problem, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by injecting polyurethane foam underneath the concrete through pea-sized holes. As the foam expands, it lifts the concrete up and levels it. The foam will harden to become rock solid within hours. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest assured that their sidewalk and stairs will remain in great shape for years to come! 

A concrete driveway was settling in Barnhart, MO, causing the slabs to sink and crack. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel system was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. NexusPro Joint Sealant was also used to seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. A sunken patio can be a bit of an eyesore and allows water to pool beside the foundation—which can lead to other problems.  These Saint Peters, Missouri homeowners hired Woods Basement Systems to install PolyLEVEL to lift and level the concrete slab.  Now, the patio looks great and rainwater doesn't pool against the foundation.

In the before photo you can see the cracked uneven driveway. This is caused by freezing and thawing of the ground below the concrete through the seasons here in the Midwest. In the after photo you can see that the PolyLEVEL solution has raised the concrete back to its original position! The solution is also quick curing, PolyLEVEL will raise the concrete after just 15 minutes of injection, and then the lifted concrete can be driven over after just an hour and a half. 

The installation crew then fills the drilled holes with concrete and it's like we were never there! Your driveway or sidewalks will be fully functional and looking pretty after just a couple hours of work!
