This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting and leveling the concrete slabs. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete is in great shape!

The real culprit behind any foundation or slab settlement problem is the underlying soil. For example, a void had developed beneathe this concrete sidewalk and porch slab in St. Louis, Missouri. This was likely due to a downspout that used to dump water right beside the porch. Over time, the water pooling beside the porch slab and sidewalk eroded the soil and created a void beneath them.
Woods Basement Systems injected PolyLEVEL under the sidewalk slab and porch to fill the void and raise the concrete sidewalk. The crew was able to level the sidewalk, and they took care to seal the joints in the sidewalk as well. The homeowners were able to walk on the newly-raised sidewalk instantly.
