Front steps were sinking in Olivette, MO, causing gaps to form between them. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the steps and restore peace of mind for years to come!
A concrete back porch was starting to crack and become raised in certain areas due to unstable soils. To fix this, Woods installed the PolyLevel System. This system uses a high-strength polyurethane foam injected straight into the concrete to lift and level it. After only a few hours, this back porch is completely level and free of any trip-hazards for decades to come!
Homeowner Jim B. of Oakville, Missouri, was displeased with the cracking, uneven concrete of his sidewalk and driveway. The sinking driveway slab created a small ledge as he drove into his garage and he worried of the damage it may cause to his vehicle over time.
System design specialist Jeremy R. designed an effective solution to correct the unlevel, cracked concrete. Foreman Andrew T. and his crew used PolyLEVEL injections to raise and level the concrete, and sealed the cracks. PolyLEVEL is both quick and long lasting, so Jim can have a beautiful, safe driveway for years to come.
Joyce C. from St. Louis, MO noticed that the concrete in the driveway of her home was beginning to sink and settle unevenly. She called Woods Basement Systems for a free estimate about fixing the issue.
When Systems Design Specialist determined that the appropriate solution would be for for foreman Andrew T. to install PolyLevel, she learned that PolyLevel is a foam injection that works to lift the concrete and restore back to its original position. PolyLevel is installed in 4 simple steps directly into the concrete.
As the pictures show, the concrete slabs have settled significantly since the installation of PolyLevel.
Joyce C was concerned about the uneven concrete in front of her home. So, she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist David D was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman William T used PolyLevel to raise the level of the sinking concrete. PolyLevel is injected into the ground and will raise the level of the sinking concrete. The injection will leave behind a dime sized hole, which will be filled in with concrete.
