This was because much of the supporting soil had washed away due to rain, causing the slabs to no longer be able to support their own weight. In order to repair the damage, a Woods Basement Systems team used PolyLevel. This expanding composite foam was injected under the damaged slabs in order to raise them and fill in the cracks. Because PolyLevel is quick-drying, the driveway was ready to be driven on in just 30 minutes!

This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete slabs and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. As the foam cures, it expands and levels out the concrete slabs.
