We had WaterGuard installed and were very satisfied with the work performed!  Your office staff was very professional and knowledgeable.  Your salesman and his presentation was impressive -- Richard Obermeier was very knowledgeable on the entire process and equipment and not just the "sales side of it."  I hired your company because Richard Obermeier was very knowledgeable and NOT trying to use every sales trick in the book and the work would only take ...2 DAYS!  In the end, it only took 1 DAY and the work crew was FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY, AND EXTREMELY HARD-WORKING!!!

I am beyond satisfied with the work completed on my home by Woods. The technician they sent out was excellent! The greatest benefit to having this done is the peace of mind I have, knowing the sump pumps will work when needed and my basement will be dry!
