Woods Basement Systems came to install anchors in our home to fix a bowing basement wall. The installation was completed on schedule which was a big relief. The outside cleanup was superb - we couldn't tell anyone had been working here.

The anchors have done a great job with the wall in the basement. We are very pleased with the results of the work and everyone we came into contact with. The people working in the office seemed polite and were very helpful. The salesman was knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything we needed to understand before the work even began.

About 10 years ago I had a leak in the basement and your rep told me how to take care of that leak myself.  It was an outside drainage issue but with all the rain this spring and fall I knew I need your help.  It was more than I could handle but not for you, it's nice and dry now.  Thanks for getting out to do the work so quickly too.
