After a few years in our new home we started having some small leaks in the basement.  First it was a little water in one spot but later it was more in more spots.  Chris pointed out one area we were having problems in the same corner the sump pump was in.  The outside pipe dumped water right in the corner next to the house.  I never thought anything of that until Chris pointed it out.  Chris was very thorough and patient with his explanations and my questions.

The crew was very good. They explained everything and kept everything clean. 

Caleb and Jon were so great! Very considerate and great to work with. Even helped me fill a hole under my fence. Very professional!

The men arrived earlier than I expected, right at 7:30. THIS WAS GOOD! I was impressed with Rick’s laptop and the demonstration on my problem and how Woods Waterproofing was going to solve the problem.
