Ken told me something I didn't want to hear, that I had water coming in over the top of my basement wall and that I had to dig it out to drain it right from the outside.  At least I did not need to buy another sump pump to fix this.  I appreciated how Ken took the time to show me how and why the water was getting into the basement and how to fix it right.... even if I was going to do it myself.

Bob Millerbaugh did a great job explaining and detailing problems with foundation. Computer presentation explained a lot. The corrections Rich suggested would solve foundation settling.

My technician was very professional and nice, I love knowing that everything is in good working order. The work Woods does is very good. 

Jacob and his two guys were excellent.  So kind and friendly.  I wanted to do a review today but was having an issue with it so I wanted to call to make sure someone knew about this today.
