Basement Waterproofing - Basement Stairs

A couple of the basement steps are removed to install the waterproofing system. In this basement, the stringer were rotten at the bottom touching the floor so the homeowner agreed to have them removed. We would typically replace the steps as best possible but in this case the homeowner wanted to take care of that repairs so as to not add to the cost for this project.
