The pedestal sump pump was left in place and used as a secondary sump pump draining some water from the water proofing system. With this type of open sump pump it a dehumidifier is highly recommended. The homeowner was running to 40 pint units already. Pictured on the floor to the right of the sump pump is a section on the WaterGUARD™.
