The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. The TripleSafe, which needed to be installed in the lowest point of the garage, has three pumps to keep the area totally dry. The battery-operated pump ensures that even in a power outage.
