Water leaks had leaked into this basement for several years, but not anymore! Team Woods solved this issue by installing WaterGuard drains into the footing of the basement floor to collect water leaks and direct them towards the home's sump pump system.
All sump pump installations include a discharge line. We bury the line underground to eliminate an eyesore and trip hazard in your yard. At the end of the discharge line, you can see a round green discharge cover which helps keep debris and pests out.
Water was entering a basement in Effingham, IL, and the sump system was not pumping this water out as it should. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was first installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
A homeowner wanted a better drainage system so that water from the pool wouldn't be able to reach and enter the house. To solve this issue, the TrenchDrain System was installed. This surface drainage system will catch the water that comes out of the pool and drain it safely away from the house, so it doesn't enter. This will keep the home dry and restore peace of mind for years to come!
This homeowner's basement in Effingham, IL, was was suffering from bad water leakage, flooding the basement and causing water damage every time it rained.
