Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard™ and a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump to ensure that water is guided towards the Sump Pump and pumped out to the discharge lines. 

On this job, our team installed a TwinPak™ pump system in the basement and installed IceGuards™ to prevent the floods from clogging or freezing. The TwinPack™ is designed to use two pumps to drain the water out of the basement. This ensures that our customers' basements are free from further water damage, like mold.

On this job, our team worked on waterproofing the exterior of the home. So, our team installed SillPlate™ Draintile, an exterior SumpPump™ system, and a discharge Line. These installations are designed to collect and drain groundwater that may leak through the foundation of the home and into the basement. The SumpPump™ System is what will protect you from a flood that could cause property damage. 

A sump pump was leaking in Maryland Heights, MO, and the water was pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. This system assures protection from common problems with an ordinary pump. The TripleSafe can handle a heavy flow of water thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid, which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. This basement will now remain clean and dry for years to come!
