Foreman Mason S. then traveled to the home to get the project started. The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. After it was installed, it was covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement floor. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

The TripleSafe sump pump, pictured above, removes water from the home through a discharge line. The TripleSafe sump pump is equipped with a primary, secondary, and battery powered pump. If the first pump stops working for whatever reason, the secondary pump kicks in and keeps the basement dry. The basement will also stay dry if the power goes out, thanks to the battery powered pump.
