Woods suggested he have a waterproofing system installed. As a part of this waterproofing system, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump, as shown in the pictures.

The TripleSafe sump pump consists of three pumps: the primary, secondary and battery back up in the case of primary pump failure.

WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed under the concrete floors of the basement and sits on top the the footing of the foundation against the walls, out of the way of any mud that might clog the system. It collects water that leaks into the basement from the walls and floors and drains it to the sump pump.
